The Suburban Collection celebrates its 60th anniversary in Detroit

Suburban Collection is 60 years young! Yes, that’s correct; we’ve been in business for 60 wonderful years and we’re just getting started. And to commemorate our 60th anniversary, we have some fun events planned. The 60th anniversary celebration will be launched at Saturn of Troy, which is the largest selling Saturn dealership in the world. It will then continue to all of the 30 brands, body refinishing centers and the Southeastern Michigan Accessory Center.

It feels like yesterday when we opened our first store, a GM dealership, in Birmingham, Michigan in 1948. In the past 60 years, we’ve added 24 additional brands with locations across Michigan and South Florida.
